Steps to Resolve / Procedure

Click on the internet icon in the bottom right
- This can either be a Wi-Fi icon (
) or an Ethernet Icon (
)
- This can either be a Wi-Fi icon (

Once you have clicked on that icon, a new box should appear
- Click on the Wi-Fi Icon in the top left of this box
- The symbol should turn grey, this is how you know the Wi-Fi has been successfully disabled

Expected Outcome:
Once you have completed these steps, your Wi-Fi will be disabled. This means that you will only connect to the network/internet via Ethernet connection, either through your docking station or a hardline connection.
